Is the movie going to continue on from the tv special? Or is it going to redo the special?
No idea! It’s looking to be a brand new movie; not a recycling of the 2007 special. I’m hoping it’s completely unrelated and has a new, far more interesting plot that focusses more on the interactions between the core characters.
We’ll see. I’ll keep the blog updated as more info is revealed!
My own favourite so far is episode 69, "The Woman the Old Man Fell in Love With". I wish pops would get that kind of drama more often (Tokyo Crisis is my favourite TV special for that reason).
More pops is never a bad thing!
